I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, the most troublesome of four boys in a family that thrived on being carefree and expressive. My mom was the true artist at heart in our family, she was my first creative influence & my everything. I still recall memories of sitting beside her as she sketched little flowers, clowns and clouds to amuse me growing up. uplifting my days with endless artwork and lessons of how to view things in a different perspective. Her drawings & lessons is what opened my eyes to the beauty of art and joy it could bring me. That early spark led me to pick up drawing, exploring shapes, lines, and colors on paper to digital work.

Over time, that love for art shifted into photography. What fascinated me wasn’t just looking at art but finding ways to make the world itself feel like art—framing a subject from a new angle, highlighting overlooked details, or shifting the way color and light are perceived.

Like many beginnings, mine was simple. I started experimenting with my iPhone, fascinated by how much beauty could be uncovered with just a lens in hand. Eventually, that curiosity grew into something bigger, a camera. Endless hours of learning, and a passion that continues to shape how I see the world today. Every time I see a little sketch of here and there reminds me of my mom & how creative she was when I was growing up.

Photography, for me, is more than just images—it’s storytelling through perspective. It’s my way of elevating the ordinary and inviting others to see life the way I do & how art, photography and sketches fill me with much joy, with curiosity, wonder, and a deep respect for the art hidden in plain sight.
